Stretching Our Faith

“For this reason I say to you, do not be anxious for your life, as to what you shall eat, or what you shall drink ; nor for your body, as to what you shall put on.  Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?  Look at the birds of the air, that they do not sow, neither do they reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.  Ar you not worth much more than they?”  Matthew 6:25-26

The Lord has been stretching our faith over the last few weeks.  We know that He is sovereign over all things; His mercies are new every morning and His faithfulness is great!!

Friday we received a phone call letting us know that Michelle got the job that she interviewed for a week or so ago.  It is a part time job at a dentist office.  We are extremely thankful to the Lord for showing favor to Michelle and allowing her to not only be able to work but to be able to work with believers.

The last several days have been hard on Michelle’s health.  Would you please continue to pray for her – specifically that the Lord might heal her body, give her strength for each new day and ultimately even in her poor heath that she might glorify Him. We know He is able!!

*  In all things we might find our Joy in Christ and glorify Him with our whole being

Michelle:
* Praise – new job

* Health issues

* As she schools the children and is the keeper of the home

Brian:

* Studies for school

* Cares for his family

* Temporary job until he can find something permanent

Children:

* Praise – oldest daughters testing went well this week and our youngest daughters foot is healing

* That they may be loving and kind to each other
